The Fan Zone will feature broadcasts of the FIFA World Cup round of 16 and quarter-finals throughout the tournament week.

26 de May de 2026

One of the main attractions of this edition will be the possibility of following the FIFA World Cup live from the official Donosti Cup Fan Zone, located around the Real Sociedad stadium.

The Fan Zone will feature a giant screen where the main World Cup matches will be broadcast throughout the tournament week, becoming a meeting point for players, coaches, families and fans who want to combine the excitement of the competition with the biggest matches in international football.

The schedule will include round of 16 matches, with broadcasts at different afternoon and evening times (18:00, 21:00 and 22:00 depending on the day), coinciding with the arrival of teams, the first group stage matches and the opening ceremony. Throughout the week, the quarter-finals will also be broadcast, scheduled for the afternoon and evening, in an especially lively atmosphere with large crowds, turning the space into one of the main meeting points of the tournament.

In addition, the location and international character of the Donosti Cup suggest a unique atmosphere, with players, families and fans from multiple countries supporting their national teams, which will further enhance the experience of enjoying a World Cup in a multicultural environment.

The international dimension of the Donosti Cup means that many of the countries competing in the FIFA World Cup will also be represented in the tournament itself, making the experience of following the World Cup from San Sebastián even more special. Among them are national teams with a great football tradition such as Spain, France, the United States, Mexico, Japan, Portugal and Italy, as well as other countries represented in the tournament such as Canada, Australia, Ghana, Chile, Uruguay, the Netherlands, Belgium, England and China, among many others.

With this initiative, the Donosti Cup expands its entertainment offering during the tournament and turns the Fan Zone into a space where international grassroots football and elite world football come together on the same stage.
