Donosti Cup Txiki by Donostia Kirola makes its debut as a great football festival for the youngest participants
Dozens of boys and girls enjoyed an afternoon full of football, games and activities at the Anoeta Sports Complex, taking home a gymsack and a reusable water bottle as a souvenir of their first Donosti Cup experience.
The first edition of the Donosti Cup Txiki by Donostia Kirola brought together dozens of children aged 5 to 8 at the Anoeta Sports Complex on Thursday, where they experienced the atmosphere of the tournament first-hand through an event specially designed for them. The initiative was created to introduce the Donosti Cup experience to the youngest participants in a fun and engaging environment.
Organised in two sessions, the afternoon featured different activity stations through which the children rotated. Throughout the event, they played 5-a-side football matches, took part in skill challenges, obstacle courses and games, and enjoyed a variety of fun activities. As a souvenir of this first edition, every participant received a gymsack and a reusable water bottle.
The Donosti Cup Txiki shared the spotlight with the Authentics Day, turning the Anoeta Sports Complex into a place where football once again demonstrated its ability to bring together people of all ages around values such as inclusion, respect and community.
