Special permits

Over-age players

• In categories B18, G18 and G16, a maximum of 5 players born one year before the age limit of the category may be included in the squad for each match.
• In categories B16 and B15, a maximum of 2 players born one year before the age limit of the category may be included in the squad for each match.
• In categories B14, G14 and B13, as well as in all Football 8 categories, no players older than the age limit established for their category may be included in the squad.

Participation of girls in boys’ categories

Girls may participate in the B14, B13, B12, B11, B10 and B9 categories, provided they meet the age requirements for the category. They may not participate in the B15, B16 or B18 categories.

Requesting special permission

Clubs wishing to register a player in a category for which they do not meet the established age or gender requirements must submit a prior written request for authorisation to the organisation, accompanied, where applicable, by the authorisation of the competent football federation in the player’s region.

These requests may include, among others, cases involving players with intellectual or physical disabilities, as well as individuals undergoing gender transition.

Participation will only be permitted once the organisation has granted written authorisation before the start of the tournament. Requests, documents or authorisations submitted during accreditation or once the tournament has started will not be accepted.
