- 9:30 - 21:00: Accreditations' giving for national and foreign teams (Reale Arena - gate 16)
- 9:30 - 21:00: Age control for Spanish and foreigner teams (Reale Arena south parking)
- 15:00 - 22:00: Check-in at the accommodations
- 19:00 - 22:00: 1st dinner in the tournament's cafeteria

- 17:00 - 19:00: Donosti Authentic's Cup games
- 21:30 - 22:45: Opening ceremony
