The Authentics Cup by Orona Fundazioa once again proves that football is for everyone
Gaude and Mindara Elkartea were crowned champions in a day defined by inclusion, teamwork and outstanding support from the fans.
The Authentics Cup once again became one of the most special highlights of Donosti Cup 2026. Dozens of supporters gathered at the venue to cheer on the participating teams and enjoy a day in which excitement, friendship and inclusion took centre stage.
In the Champions League, GAUDE claimed the title after defeating Set11 Sports 1-0 in a closely contested final. Meanwhile, in the Europa League, Mindara Elkartea lifted the trophy after overcoming Atzegi. Beyond the results, the day once again reflected the true spirit of the competition. The eight participating teams — GAUDE, Set11 Sports, Mindara Elkartea, Atzegi, Olagarroak, Bidarte, Real Sociedad and the Gipuzkoa National Team — were the real champions of a tournament that demonstrates how football is a unique tool for promoting equal opportunities, social inclusion and coexistence.
With the support of Orona Fundazioa, the Authentics Cup has established itself as one of the most emotional and inspiring events of the Donosti Cup. Once again, players, coaches, volunteers, families and supporters shared an unforgettable day in which the final score took a back seat, while respect, determination and the joy of taking part became the greatest victory of all.
