Donosti Cup 2026 enters its decisive stage after the group phase concludes
The competition moves into the knockout rounds with 864 matches still to be played before the champions of the 34th edition are crowned
The group stage of Donosti Cup 2026 has come to an end, and the tournament now enters its most exciting stage. After three intense days of competition, the teams move on to the knockout rounds, where every match will be decisive in the battle for the title in their respective categories.
A total of 864 matches will be played during the final phase across different venues throughout the Basque Country, bringing together thousands of players, coaches, family members and football fans once again.
The tournament's climax will take place at some of the region's most iconic stadiums. The first finals will be played on Saturday afternoon at Stadium Gal, while the remaining finals will take place on Sunday morning at Stadium Gal and the Mini Stadium of Anoeta. Meanwhile, the Playoff B finals will be held on Sunday at Zubieta, the training facilities of Real Sociedad, and at Puio, bringing to a close a week in which youth football has once again taken centre stage.
Beyond the results, Donosti Cup will continue to promote the values that have defined the tournament for more than three decades: fair play, respect among players, coaches, referees and supporters, cultural exchange, and a shared passion for football as a force that brings people together.
