Ghana, present at Donosti Cup 2025 with African Talent FA

A talent academy returning for the third consecutive year

28 de February de 2025

The Donosti Cup 2025 will once again welcome African Talent FA, one of the most renowned academies in Ghana, as they embark on their third tournament appearance. After reaching the semifinals last year, the African team returns with its signature style of dynamic, skillful, and high-quality football.

Founded in 2017 and based in Nsawam, Ghana, the academy has become a benchmark for youth development in West Africa. Its philosophy extends beyond football, focusing on holistic development that combines sporting growth with education and strong values. Currently, the academy trains around 30 players, providing them with the opportunity to take the next step into professional football. Among its most notable players are Mohammed Salisu (Southampton) and Isaac Amoah (Real Valladolid).

Additionally, in 2022, the academy signed an agreement with Real Sociedad, through which the Spanish club provides training and methodological support. Thanks to this partnership, Real Sociedad coaches offer specialized training to the players and staff of African Talent FA, sharing their methodology and contributing to the development of future football stars.

Welcome back, African Talent FA!
