How does My Team Info work?

 My Team Info is the intranet for teams registered in the Donosti Cup. From here, you can manage all the information related to your participation in the tournament: registration, payments, accommodation, list of players and coaches, etc. Below, we explain how to access it, what you'll find in each section, and how to complete all the necessary information.

ACCESS

You can access My Team Info from the official Donosti Cup website. In the top right menu, you’ll find the “My Team Info” button. Once there, enter the username and password we sent you by email when you pre-registered.

 If you don't remember your password, click on “Forgot my password” to receive an email with a recovery link.

MY TEAM INFO STRUCTURE

The intranet is divided into three main sections:

  • Booking Data: Administrative and logistical information about your participation.
  • Teams: Sports management (players, coaches, kits).
  • Evaluation: Final survey about your experience in the tournament.

BOOKING DATA

BUDGET 

Here you can check all the details of your registration: categories, number of participants, type of accommodation, meal plan, transportation, and additional services.

In the top right corner, you'll find a button to download the budget, which includes the total amount, the amount already paid, the remaining balance, and details for making bank transfers.

PAYMENTS

You’ll see a summary of the total amount due, how much has been paid, and the outstanding balance. A progress bar helps you visualize your payment status.

  • Payments to make

The number of payments varies depending on your registration type: three payments with accommodation, two payments without. If you transfer a different amount than suggested, don’t worry. The general summary will be updated even if the amounts don’t match exactly.

  • Payer registration

Before making your first payment, you must indicate who will make it. We need:

  • Full name or company name
    Identification number (ID, passport, tax number, etc.)
  • Full address
  • Contact email
  • Image of the ID or tax card (both sides, if applicable)

If you’ve participated in the past, you can select a previous payer. If it doesn’t appear, click “Create it here”.

  • Make a transfer

Once you’ve selected the payer, click “Make a bank transfer” to see the payment details. After completing the transfer, press “I’ve made the transfer.” Please note that confirmation may take a few days. If you haven’t heard back after 4–5 days, write to us.

  • Received payments

Here you can see all the transfers we’ve received, with the date, concept, and amount.

MEAL PREFERENCES

If you've booked meals with the organization (breakfast, lunch, or dinner), you must indicate:

  • Allergies and intolerances (gluten, lactose, etc.) or special diets (vegetarian, halal, etc.)
  • The team the person belongs to
  • Number of people with that diet
  • Specific details if necessary

This information will be sent to our provider to adapt the menus.

ROOMING LIST

If you're staying in a hotel or hostel, you'll need to assign players and coaches to rooms. To do this, you must first complete the Teams section. Supporters will not appear in the list, so those beds will remain unassigned.

  • Early check-in

By law, accommodations must have the personal data of all guests over 14 years old. We’ll provide you with an Excel sheet to fill out with data such as name, document type, date of birth, nationality, address, email or phone, etc. It’s very important that the data is correct, as the accommodation needs it for official registration. This also speeds up check-in and avoids unnecessary delays.

CLASSROOM DISTRIBUTION

If you're staying in a school, you must indicate how many people will sleep in each classroom. You’ll see a table with:

  • Teams per school
  • Assigned classrooms
  • Number of people per classroom

It’s important to update the exact number so we can properly prepare the beds.

MY DATA

Here you can see the club’s information, the person responsible for the registration, and default billing details. If there’s an error, contact us and we’ll fix it.

TEAMS

Indicate the primary and secondary colors of the shirts and shorts, both for the main and the alternative kit. If you only have one kit, repeat the same colors.

REGISTER COACHES

You must register the technical staff (coaches, delegate, physio, assistant...). If a coach is in more than one team, you only need to register them once. Required data:

  • Full name
  • ID number
  • Email
  • Role

REGISTER PLAYERS

For each player, indicate:

  • Full name
  • Date of birth
  • ID number
  • Jersey number (can be changed before each match)
  • Position

Each player must be registered only once. If a player is taking part in more than one team, they should be registered with the team where they are expected to play the most. Age verification and accreditation will be carried out with that team.

EVALUATION

After the tournament, you’ll be able to give your opinion on the organization, communication, competition, services, etc. You can also report any incidents. Your feedback is very important for us to keep improving.
