Match recording service

In addition to the matches that will be broadcast on the official Donosti Cup OTT, recorded by VEO, you now have the chance to hire the recording of those games that won’t be streamed on the tournament’s platform. Net Stream TV offers you the possibility to record and livestream your team’s matches so no one misses a second of the action. What does the service include?

Livestream in HD quality (1280x720), publicly available through the tournament’s official YouTube channel.
FullHD recording (1920x1080), sent to you via Transfernow after the tournament.
Custom graphics during the broadcast (team names and logos at the beginning, live scoreboard with team names, match time and live result, etc.)

Photography service

Capture the most exciting moments of your team in action with a photographic report of one or several matches. QuieroMisFotos professionals will immortalise every goal, celebration and special moment from the beginning to the end of the match at the highest quality. The service includes a photographic report of at least 150 images sent by email for download, images for life! Limited availability.

ScoutsVision — Player Performance Analysis

Turn your tournament matches into structured player insights. ScoutsVision is an AI-powered platform that analyzes matches and provides clear, objective performance data for every player, helping coaches, scouts, and players better understand performance and development.

After each match, teams receive access to player insights, match reports, and video-supported analysis through a simple digital platform.

ScoutsVision is currently deployed across multiple international youth tournaments in Europe, providing performance insights directly to participating teams.

Price: €250 per team (including special launch offer of €50 for early registration).

Picnic service

During the tournament, we offer a picnic service managed by Gureak, available to all teams that have booked meals (lunch and dinner) with us.

Each picnic includes a salad, a sandwich, a piece of fruit, and a bottle of water, providing a balanced and practical option for match days or excursions.

Until June 20th, this service will be free of charge, and the requested picnics will be deducted from the total number of meals planned in the dining hall. You should writte to myteaminfo@donosticup.com to request the service.

After this date, the service will still be available (subject to availability) at a cost of €11 per picnic and you should contact Gureak directly at: catering@gureak.com. They will inform you about availability depending on the request timing.

On-site accompanying guide service

To make your tournament experience comfortable and complete, we offer the figure of an accompanying guide. These are young staff members, trained by our organization, with the necessary preparation to provide professional support throughout the entire week of the tournament.

The accompanying guide will help you get to the playing fields, provide information about tournament activities and local attractions, and be physically available to resolve any questions or issues. Their presence ensures that your team always has a close point of contact throughout the tournament.

Price per guide: €300

As a free alternative, the organization offers teams an online guide, available via WhatsApp, phone, and at the information point during the tournament. This person will provide guidance, support, and remote assistance for any inquiries, ensuring that you are always well informed and accompanied, even if you do not hire the on-site service.

Training sessions and friendly matches

Prepare your team for the Donosti Cup with a training session or a friendly match before the tournament, available from June 4 to July 6. Training sessions include 90 minutes of field rental, use of balls, bibs, and injury insurance, allowing your team to train with complete peace of mind. Friendly matches additionally include arranging the opposing team and refereeing. We offer several daily time slots, subject to availability: 10:00–11:30, 11:30–13:00, 16:00–17:30, 17:30–19:00, and 19:00–20:30.
