Arrivals Before or After July 6
Teams arriving before Monday, July 6 may proceed directly to their accommodation without first visiting the Information Point. You will complete the corresponding check-in process there.

Arrivals on July 6
Upon arrival, please follow this order:

At the entrance to the Anoeta Sports Complex, we will provide the accreditation required for your vehicle to access the tournament facilities. Parking regulations can be found in section 4.

The group leader must go to the Information Point to complete the team check-in process. During this process, we will welcome you, verify that all registration information is correct, and introduce you to your On-Site Guide or, if selected, your Online Guide.

Important: No additions, withdrawals, or modifications to the participants' list will be accepted on the day of age verification, as all information will have already been submitted to the insurance provider.

As you know, upon arrival at your accommodation, you will be asked to provide a bank card as a guarantee for the proper use of the facilities. If no damage is detected at the end of your stay, the accommodation provider will arrange the refund of the deposit.

Frequently Asked Questions
What if no coach is available to attend the accreditation?
If the players are young, they can come with a parent who will take responsibility for the group. The coach will be able to complete the accreditation on one of the alternative dates listed below.
What if a participant can't come on Monday?
They can do it between July 7 and 8 at the Information Point (Gate 13 - Anoeta Stadium), from 9:00 to 14:00 and 15:30 to 20:00.
What if they don’t have time before the first match?
They’ll be allowed to play by showing their ID at the field, but must go through the accreditation process right after the match.
Access by Bus or Minibus
Teams arriving by bus or minibus must first pass through the access control point located at the entrance to the Information Center (located in the Donosti Cup Fan Zone, opposite Gate 13 of Anoeta Stadium) and the tournament Fan Zone.
At this point, vehicle accreditations will be issued. These accreditations are required to access the Anoeta Stadium parking area, where the Information Center, Fan Zone, dining facilities, and other tournament services are located.
Teams travelling by car should note that these vehicles will not be provided with accreditations and will not have access to the Anoeta Stadium parking area due to limited space. Therefore, they must park outside the venue. As an alternative, the Illunbe car park, which is free of charge and located just a few minutes away, is highly recommended.
Information Point
The Information Point will serve as the welcome and reception area for all participating teams. It is located in the Donosti Cup Fan Zone, opposite Gate 13 of Anoeta Stadium.
At this location, we will welcome you, answer any questions related to the tournament, and carry out the age verification process. Only the group leader should enter the Information Point. Coaches and players must wait outside in order to avoid overcrowding.
We will need to know your approximate arrival time at the Information Point.
If you have booked the Guide Service, this will also be the meeting point where your guide will be introduced to the team.
The Information Point is located next to Gate 13 of Anoeta Stadium and will be open for age verification on Monday, July 6, from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
