Check-in, Age Control, and Accreditation Collection

All teams registered for the Donosti Cup must complete the official tournament check-in and age control on Monday, July 7, upon arrival in San Sebastián. This procedure is mandatory before playing any matches.

Teams arriving in San Sebastián before Monday, July 7 should go directly to their accommodation, where they will complete the corresponding check-in. In this case, all guests must present a valid ID document at the accommodation. However, on Monday, July 7, it is essential to go to the Information Center to complete the tournament check-in, collect accreditations, and undergo age control.

Arrival by Bus or Van

Teams arriving by bus or van must first pass through the access control point located at the entrance to the Information Center and Fan Zone. At this point, vehicle accreditations will be provided. These are required to access the Reale Arena parking lot, where the Information Center, Fan Zone, dining area, etc., are located.

Information Center

The Information Center will be the welcome point for all participating teams. Here, we will greet you, answer any questions related to the tournament, and carry out the age verification process. Only the team leader should enter the center. Coaches and players must wait outside to avoid crowding.

If you have booked the guide service, this will be the meeting point where your guide will be introduced.

The Information Center is located next to Gate 16 of the Reale Arena. It will be open for age verification on Monday, July 7th, from 09:00 to 21:00.

Age Control

Once the check-in is complete, head to the south parking lot of the Reale Arena, where age control and accreditation delivery will take place.

Once documents are verified, each participant will be given an identification wristband. This wristband is mandatory to play matches, sit on the bench, and enter the opening ceremony. Each participant will also receive a gymsack and an accreditation.

Required Documents

Each player and staff member must present one of the following original documents:

  • National ID card with photo
  • Passport
  • Family record book, accompanied by a photo ID showing the name and proving it is the same person
  • Driving license (only for adults)

Photocopies or digital images will not be accepted. Documents that expired after June 1, 2025, will be accepted.

IMPORTANT: No new registrations, withdrawals, or changes to the participant list will be allowed on the check-in day. The organization submits all data to the insurance company in advance, so any modifications must be made before the established deadline.
