Cancellation Policy

Registration without accommodation

Reduction of accommodation spots

From June 11 to July 1Cancellations will only be accepted for duly justified medical reasons.The tournament participation fee (€150) will be refunded only upon presentation of a valid medical certificate. Amounts paid for accommodation and meal plans will not be refunded. The organisation may consider an additional refund depending on the date of notification, the cancellation policy of the accommodation provider and any costs already incurred.
From July 2 onwardsNo reductions in reserved places will be accepted.No refunds will be issued. However, a player may be replaced by another player at no additional cost, provided the change is communicated before the start of the tournament and, where applicable, supported by a medical certificate.

All cancellation requests must include a written document justifying the reason. In exceptional, duly justified cases, the organization may consider alternative solutions.

This policy is intended to balance flexibility for participating teams with the financial commitments undertaken by the organisation with hotels, suppliers, and other service providers associated with the tournament.
